I've just returned from my first ever international girls trip! Cassie, my friend of ten years, and I met in Paris for a week. There ate, drank, explored, shopped, and lived our very best lives. I feel so lucky to be able to travel as often as I do so I know I've got to pass along the travel tips I'm collecting along the way. Today I've rounded up the items which proved to be the most helpful during my week in Paris. Enjoy this list of girls trip must haves. Please send it to your travel buddies to get your next trip planning started! Here's everything you absolutely need for your international girls trip: International Travel AdapterYou absolutely need this international travel adapter to use electrical outlets outside of the USA. Charging your devices (phone, laptop, GoPro, etc) and using hair tools all depend upon it. This adapter is perfect. It has different settings for different countries (I used it in Mexico and in France), it comes in black or white, and it's got 2 USB chargers. Natural Motion Sickness ReliefListen, I check every single plane seat-back for a barf bag so I do NOT travel without this exact natural motion sickness relief. These homeopathic tablets dissolve under your tongue. They don't make you feel drowsy at all, yeah, looking at you Dramamine. I took 2 on every leg of my flights, plus some before taking on the winding stairways and many elevators of the Eiffel Tower! They're great on boats, too. Yoga ToesYes, I am still obsessed with yoga toes. These little toe stretchers are just what you need at the end of a long wonderful vacation day on your feet or after wearing your so cute but very uncomfortable shoes. They're like the little foam separators at the pedicure salon, just bigger. The move is to put these on, lay on your back, and put your feet and legs up the wall for some anti-gravity magic. beautyblender Blender DefenderI'm a long time beauty blender fan. I finally got fed up with squished and soggy blenders in my travel makeup bag and got this life saver, the beautyblender blender defender. It's a container for your beauty blenders! It holds 2, prevents them from getting squished, and has air holes allowing the blenders to dry while inside your luggage. This one seems so silly but, beauty blenders are $20 each, so I do what I can to take care of them and extend their usefulness. We can have nice things, right?! Supergoop! Unseen SunscreenTake it from me, a girl who lives on an island in the sun, the Supergoop! unseen sunscreen is the best for daily use. It's moisturizer and SPF 40 all in one. The texture of it is amazing, it's light and smooth and makes you feel like a queen. Put this on before your makeup and you'll have nothing to worry about in the Parisian sunshine :) Last but not least, here are links to my Away suitcase, Lululemon backpack, and Eddie Bauer 2-in-1 travel pillow. Order what calls to you today (I appreciate it!) and send this list to your travel buddies, too.
