It's large enough to feed a group and really simple to make. It's meatless but would be great with a side of crispy bacon. The arugula salad takes the flavors from normal breakfast right to expensive brunch, don't eliminate the salad!

The instructions were complicated and cumbersome. Watching the eggs bake on the stove top - ain't nobody got time for that. Flipping the whole thing over onto a cutting board - I hate that shit.
I swapped a few ingredients to my liking and changed the cooking from the stovetop to the oven. I added more cheese, you'll love it.
The flavors get better with time. Reheat the next day in the microwave or oven.
