Sicilian Cannoli {recipe}

Sicilian cannoli is the best dessert on Earth in my humble, Sicilian opinion. It's easy to make, absolutely delicious, and everybody loves it.

My Mom's grandparents originally came from Sicily and this recipe is straight from our family's cook book. I've made it at least a hundred times over the years.

Even after visiting Sicily I think our cannoli filling is the very best. Get those store bought shells and focus on the filling. Mangia!

This recipe seems so simple and it really is, the ricotta and cinnamon are a nearly perfect combination. If you somehow end up with a bowl of soupy filling just call it cannoli dip and serve the crushed shells on the side!
