Field to Table at Lumen Field {Let's See Seattle}

As our time on the mainland comes to a close my husband and I have been eating and experiencing as much as possible around Seattle. For more Seattle content start here.

We went to Lumen Field (formerly Century Link) where the Seahawks (NFL) and Sounders (MLS) play for an unforgettable evening and meal on the field! It's called Field to Table and it is so unique and delicious. We were there while Chef Sabrina Brzusek of the restaurant Swine Dining was hosting.

As a career Event Planner I am hard to impress with novel things like this and WOW wow WOW. This was truly well planned and carefully conducted.

A few XL tents were on the field fully outfitted with decor, flooring, lights, plants, heating, etc. It was so cozy.

You got to walk onto the field and take pictures with no time limit!! So fun

Chilled sweet corn soup, piquillo pepper, chive blossom, Aleppo pepper, chive oil (speck was included for the meat-eaters)

Seared herb de Provence ahi tuna, coin potato, haricot vert, egg powder, ramp pistou, smoked tomato aioli, crunchy olive, tarragon-white balsamic vin

Vegetarian: sumac cauliflower steak. chilled asparagus, English pea, mint, salsa verde, preserved lemon labneh

Sumac lamb chop lollipops, Israeli couscous, pickled ramp, grilled asparagus, English pea, mint, salsa verde, preserved lemon labneh

Strawberry and fennel Eton mess, fennel mascarpone mousse, fennel pollen, strawberry preserve, honey vanilla meringue - the BEST course!

This photo app was available upon arrival and still when we were leaving, so fun!
