A Long Weekend in Long Beach {Overview}

Our first flight of this year brought us to Long Beach, California!

I've dreamt about an escape from Seattle's February gloom since we moved here six years ago. This year we are FINALLY doing a February escape to sunshine! 

We headed to Long Beach, California for a long weekend.

My travel buddies are my husband, Bryce, and my best friend Lauren. 

We flew in yesterday, on Friday, and will be here until Monday.

We will have a busy few days with a handful of fun activities in and near Long Beach: 

• Our main objective is to jam at the three-day One Love Cali Reggae Fest!
• We'll need to eat at In-N-Out Burger
• Visit the Queen Mary
• Tour the Battleship Iowa - the sister ship to my favorite ship, the Battleship Missouri
• Spend a day at Universal Studios
